Goodie Bag using Deseos Pequenitos and the Snow Flurry Bigz Die for the Bigshot from Stampin' Up!

Hi there My Stampin' Friends, I'm trying something new today. I'm posting via e-mail
for the first time. I hope it works!

Today I'm sharing a treat bag I made with a white mini lunch sack and the Northern Flurry
Embossing Folder. I sponged with a dauber to enhance the snowflakes on the bag and then I
used some marina mist cardstock and some silver glimmer paper to cut snowflakes with the
Snow Flurry Bigz Die for the Bigshot.  I added a sentiment from the Deseos Pequenitos stamp
set. Finally, I added some Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz and some of the basic rhinestones to
jazz it up a bit. This will be going to one of my local Stamping Friends since they know what
snowflakes are all about and have experienced quite a few of them around here the past few winters.

bigz die, some vanilla smooch spritz and some basic rhinestones.
Details are on www.MyStampingFriends.blogspot.com
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my sweet treat bag. Feel free to leave some love in the comment section.

Make & Take from Hispanic Night Event at the Stampin' Up! Convention

Hello My Stamping Friends, I hope you're having a fantastic day like I am.

I've been busy preparing for a Stampin' Up! workshop I have tomorrow but I wanted to share something with you all today so I'm making a quick post today of a Make & Take project from at the Hispanic Night event at the Stampin' Up! Convention in July.

Stampin' Up! Primrose Petals Quinceanera gift box with Glimmer Paper and
Basic Rhinestones finished with Pool Party ruffled ribbon.

Isn't it great? We made a little gift bag using Primrose Petals and Pool Party card stock and the Quinceanera stamp set. We added dimension with one of the punches from the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack and we jazzed it up with some Silver Glimmer Paper and some Basic Rhinestones.

It was originally created with a sentiment on the front but since I didn't know who I was going to give this to, I just left that off. Once I decide which lucky friend is going to get it, I'll probably grab a sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes, or the spanish version Deseos Pequenitos.

So, what do you think? Cute, right?

Have a fabulous day and come back tomorrow because I'll be posting a card from my Christmas Stamp-A-Stacks.

New Occasions Mini Catalog and Stampin' Up! Card Box with Snowflakes

Hi there My Stamping Friends....and HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I am so excited about all the new goodies in the BRAND NEW 2012 Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Catalog. In case you didn't get one in the mail, you can click on the e-version on the right sidebar of my blog to check out the new catalog. It is stuffed with great items! I am a little embarrassed to admit how much I spent, however I'm justifying it by letting you know we WILL use it all at my upcoming classes and clubs and workshops. I'm putting the finishing touches on my calendar dates and I'll post everything tonight. I had to re-do some dates I penciled in because of my travel to the Stampin' Up! Leadership conference. I'll be sure to let you know when my schedule is updated becasue I know you'll really want to attend an event and try out some amazing products.

Anyway, I wanted to post a project I did about a month ago and it will be a part of one of my January or early February classes. This is a card box I made for a birthday party I did for an 11 year old girl. I taught her and a bunch of her friends how to make this and several cards to go inside. They had so much fun and so did I.

Here is another version I made with a different color box and a few less snowflakes (on the box, not the belly band) to make it more masculine. I gave this as a gift to a client that purchased a large set of Christmas Cards. This can fit aboout 30 cards and envelopes.
